We believe that lived experience
is evidence, not noise.
Atlas RPL turns recognition of prior learning from a stack of unstructured submissions into a case an assessor can actually assess — evidence gathered against the units, reasoning recorded as it happens, and a decision your auditor can follow.
The assessor still decides. We make the decision ready to make.

How it works
The future of RPL.
The process today
A candidate submits what they think is relevant. An assessor reads it cold, works out what's missing, and writes back. Weeks pass; some give up.
Defensible by design
Every recommendation carries the evidence it rests on and the reasoning that produced it, so moderation and audit can follow the path without reconstructing it from memory.
Human at the centre
Evidence arrives sorted against the units, with strengths and gaps shown — and there it stops. The assessor judges; the sorting and the chasing are already done.
The record writes itself
Evidence, reasoning and decisions are captured in the order they happen, so the record is ready to hand to an auditor rather than assembled months after the fact.
The candidate is guided, not left guessing
Candidates are prompted for evidence against the actual units, and told when what they've supplied is thin — before it reaches an assessor and the waiting begins.
Atlas RPL supports assessor judgment — it does not replace it. All decisions remain with qualified professionals.

Who it's for
Built for everyone who touches an RPL decision.
RTO and TAFE leaders
Take on RPL volume without taking on proportional assessor hours, and without the quality of decisions depending on who happened to assess them.
Compliance and quality managers
Every decision carries its evidence and its reasoning, recorded as it was made rather than assembled afterwards.
Assessors and training managers
Less time spent chasing and sorting. The work that needs your judgement arrives ready for it.
Procurement
One plan, published pricing, and an enterprise path with the security and contracting work an institution needs. See pricing
What we're building
For universities: admissions, credit transfer, registrars and DVC Academic offices
We're building credit transfer for higher education. It will bring the same structure — evidence organised against what's being credited, and the reasoning recorded as the decision is made — to admissions and credit transfer teams, with one consistent basis for credit decisions across faculties. It isn't available yet. If you'd like a say in how it works, talk to us.
